Spirit Gate studio is located in beautiful Queenswood Centre* at 2494 Arbutus Road — just north of Cadboro Bay village and just east of the University of Victoria. Ample parking is available.

The details: There are two entrances to Queenswood from Arbutus Road. Either entrance will bring you to the main building. The first entrance, heading north on Arbutus, takes you through the old stone gates of Queenswood; the second entrance has signage for St. Ann's Residence.
- Come through the stone gates (the entrance nearest to Cadboro Bay) and up the winding drive. You will see a row of parking places directly behind the library.
- Come up the long shallow stairs, past the walled Mary Garden and through the double wooden doors of the main building.
- I will meet you in the waiting area near the reception. There's a lime green sofa there and a clock that runs a little fast.
* While sharing its lovely grounds, and many of its aspirations, Spirit Gate : body-mind therapies operates independently of Queenswood Centre.
